Lot Grading Tools

Find the tools on the ribbon tab called Lot Grading Tools and use them whenever you are using Feature Lines to grade lots.
See each individual command description for specific instructions.

Opens the Lot Grading Settings Dialog. |

RTCL_LotGrader |
Runs the Lot Grader command. Use a fence selection to select through lot lines and pad feature lines to execute the Lot Grader settings on the feature lines. |

RTCL_LotLabeler |
Runs the Lot Labeler command. Specify styles and what type of labels desired for labeling the feature lines in the current drawing or other drawings that contain the same surface. |

RTCL_UpdateLotGradingSurface |
This command can be used to find any surface with the specific breakline groups added to them from the Lot Grader command. It then will remove the group and find all the Feature Lines on the specified styles and readd them back to the surface to refresh the surface build. |
Installation/Uninstallation
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.
You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.
To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
Additional Information
The application will install to the directory below – all contents will be held within a respective bundle folder. a. C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins
At this time, it is important to determine if you desire a network license installation or a standalone license installation. 5. Launch Civil 3D. Depending on which licensing option chosen, you may be prompted to select your license file. You should see a ribbon tab called Lot Grading Tools containing all of the tools the app provides.
Known Issues
The Lot Grader expects that Lot Lines and Pads are all drawn free of arcs and are already made as Feature Lines. Pads should only have 4 sides. If it is found that anything violates these requirements, the tool will not execute or execute properly and you will have a warning message.
