General Usage Instructions
This ExtractC3DSurfBoundaries will extract all of the boundaries from the surfaces contained within a drawing.
The user selects the command by either typing it or pressing the command on the Add-In Tab on the ribbon.
This command is useful if you have multiple surfaces in a drawing and are going to paste them together.
By using this command you then have a collection of 3D polylines that you can then combine to create an outer boundary for your new surface.
