Description
The C3DMEMO plugin will help you create legal descriptions for parcels.
It can work with Autodesk® Autodesk® Civil 3D® "Parcels", or even with closed polylines in Autodesk® AutoCAD®.
The program interprets and reads the polygon, determines the front, back, right and left sides, can show the vertex coordinates in UTM or Latitude/Longitude, can display numbers written in full, can create statistics of batches and blocks, etc.
A program can create legal descriptions in the form of continuous text, one that goes to the registry, can create tables and more, can create the sheets with sketches and description of the parcel!!
A program works with templates that can be saved and the editor is very similar to Civil 3D's "Label Style Composer", which makes it easy to use the program!!
