This app allows for quickly generating a polyline traced over a Autodesk® Civil 3D® surface profile from selected start station to selected ending station. The app prompts for the selected profile to trace, the corresponding profile view (to know the vertical exaggeration of the profile view), the start station to begin tracing, and the end station to end tracing.
The app is great for getting line work of a profile without having to explode it down, or for creating hatches in areas where profile view hatching will not work.
