This plugin creates a Torx fitment cutout at a selected point on a face.

The plugin will be available in "Design Workspace, under the Solid tab, within the "Create ribbon panel".

First, you'll pick the point(s) you want, which are preferably in the center of a given face.

The torx cutout will be centered on this point, and a preview of the final feature will show on the face/body related to your selection, and will update as you change options in the torx panel.

If you need to edit this along the way, use the timeline object edit feature to change anything you need.

This is also parameterized, so you can change values in the parameters menu to fit your needs.

Install:

• The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store may automatically start installing. If it has not, simply double-click the downloaded installer and follow the instructions to set up the app/plugin.

Uninstall:

• You can unload the add-in without uninstalling it by clicking the "Stop" button when the add-in is selected in the list box located on the "Add-Ins" tab of the "Scripts and Add-Ins" dialog.
  • Unchecking "Run on Startup" causes the add-in not to be loaded in future sessions of Autodesk® Fusion®.
• To uninstall this Add-in:
  • Exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button.
  • Uninstall it from 'Control Panel/Programs and Features' (Windows 10/11)
