Resizer360 is a set of tools for Autodesk Fusion 360 designed to speed up repetitive design and manufacturing tasks, especially in furniture, panel, front, profile, and CNC production workflows.

The add-in connects the Design and Manufacturing environments. It can generate new components from Excel data and prepared parametric templates, manage template locations, create a visual gallery of available elements, prepare sheet sketches, create CAM setups, generate CNC documentation, calculate production costs, and automate selected machining operations.

Main modules:

• Resizer360: generates and resizes elements from Excel data using prepared Fusion 360 templates.
• Settings: manages template locations, active databases, screenshots, updates, and logs.
• Gallery: creates a visual HTML gallery of elements stored in the Resizer360 database.
• Sheeter: generates sheet sketches with dimensions, spacing, numbering, and reusable templates.
• CAMSetup: creates CAM setups for sheets generated by Sheeter.
• CNC Setup Map: generates an interactive HTML layout map of elements and CAM setups.
• CNC Settings Report: creates HTML production reports for selected CAM setups.
• CAM Cost Report: estimates production costs using material cost, machining time, travel length, setup time, tooling cost, scrap, margin, and element price lists from the database.
• 1DProfiler: optimizes cutting lists for linear profiles and generates visual reports.
• CAM Automation: runs selected CAM operation generators in sequence using saved settings.
• Drilling Operations: detects holes and creates drilling operations automatically.
• 2D Pocket Operations: detects pockets and stepped geometry and creates matching 2D machining operations.
• Chamfer Operations: detects sloped/chamfered edges and prepares chamfer machining operations.
• Rifle Grooves: reads template CAM operations and recreates them for matching repeated groove geometry.

Resizer360 is intended for users who want to reduce manual, repetitive work in Fusion 360 and keep the workflow organized from Excel input, through model generation, to CAM preparation, reports, and cost estimation.

Resizer360 is available in multiple languages, making it easier to use in international teams and workshops where users prefer different interface languages.

Install:

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

Uninstall:

You can unload the add-in without uninstalling it by clicking the "Stop" button when the add-in is selected in the list box on the "Add-Ins" tab of the "Scripts and Add-Ins" dialog.

Unchecking "Run on Startup" causes the add-in not to be loaded in future sessions of Fusion.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button.

OR, you can uninstall it from 'Control Panel/Programs and Features' (Windows 10/11), just as you would uninstall any other application from your system.

Internet access is required for the program to function properly.
