Centre for Computational Technologies (CCTech)
Perform flow simulation of your model on simulationHub.

General Usage Instructions

  1. After saving the model created on Autodesk® Fusion 360™, click on the Login button in the newly created SIMULATIONHUB panel.
  2. A Login dialog box will open. Enter your login details. Note that you need to have an account created on https://www.simulationhub.com. You can create your account by clicking on the website link provided in the dialog.
  3. After filling in the correct login details, click on 'Login' button in the login input dialog.
  4. Now click 'Simulate'. This will upload your model to simulationhub and will open a page in the browser where you will have to enter your login credentials once again. (Note: This re-entering of credentials is only required once. Subsequent clicks of the 'Simulate' button won't require you to enter your credentials in the browser again, so long as a browser window is open.)
  5. The simulationHub 3D-Viewer will open and you can start working on your simulation.
  6. Now you are good to go! Use the workflow provided in simulationhub to set up and run your simulation.

Note: A 'Samples' folder containing some models is provided in the plugin directory so that users can get started with using the plugin. Import these models to Autodesk Fusion 360 using 'New Design From File'. Then use the plugin to simulate the model on simulationhub. First time users can follow tutorials on using simulationHub by pressing the 'Learn' button on the simulationhub site.
