• Invoke FM Gears under “CREATE” on the “SOLID” menu tab of the "DESIGN" workspace to display the "FM GEARS" dialog.
• Select the type of gear desired
• Fill out the gear parameters as desired, including Thickness for extrusion.
• Click OK to dismiss the dialog and create the extruded gear body.

Run the installer downloaded from the App Store FMGears product page for complete installation.

To make the FMGears command available in Fusion:

• From the “UTILITIES” menu tab, click “ADD-INS” and select “Scripts and Add-Ins...”.
• Select the “Add-Ins” tab.
• Select FMGears in the “My Add-Ins” list.
• Then you can check “Run on Startup” to have FM Gears run each time you start Fusion.
• -OR- you can click the “Run” button each time you want to use it.
• You can find FM Gears under “CREATE” on the “SOLID” menu tab of the "DESIGN" workspace after it has been run.
