Works perfectly to generate a standalone pulley component. If you're like me and just need the tooth profile for your own component, you can either project it to a new sketch, or copy the generarted tooth profile sketch and create your own circular pattern with it.

One note is that I couldn't get the extension to work with fusion on macOS, Fusion version 2606.1.36 (most recent at time of writing). The menu item just didn't appear in the Create menu, and Fusion didn't show it in the Add-Ins menu.

I installed Fusion on an old windows machine (again, newest version) and it worked just fine. So it looks like a macOS update broke the loader somehow.

I constantly get error message 3 no matter what I do. Could've been a good tool, but I looks broken.

And yes, the design had no previous componets in it. Addtionally, the help document is no help.

The error message I keep getting:

Creation of the GT2 pulley failed.

Error: 3 : Failed to create component: Part Design documents can only contain one component, please add this Part to an Assembly to add multiple components.

Please verify the input parameters and try again.

This does generate a pulley but it doesn't allow you to enter in various pitch sizes. If this is added, it will be a great add!

for some reason it's not a perfect circle, it's off by 0.4mm. Very frustrating
