1. Open an idw Autodesk® Inventor® drawing file with Overriden and Hidden dimensions.

2. Find DimCheck add-in on the Tools ribbon tab and click the button to open it.

3. 'Select All Overrides and Hidden' button will highlight Overriden & Hidden dimensions in your idw drawing file.

4. 'Remove Overwrites' button will remove these dimensions and will show actual dimensions.

5. We can also perform this operation for individual dimensions.

6. Method and Select controls are given to remove individual dimensions that are overriden or hidden also.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plugin. Or, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plugin, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
