General Usage Instructions
The command performs an automatic uploading of a CAD-model from Autodesk® Inventor® to CAE Fidesys.

CAE Fidesys is a software package for strength analysis. The package comprises the following types of analysis:
• Static load
• Dynamic load
• Eigenfrequency analysis.
The package also includes a program Fidesys Viewer for visualization and analysis of the obtained results:
• Visualization of scalar and vector fields
• Time dependency analysis

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store has already installed the app/plug-in.
You can unload the plugin without uninstalling it by unchecking the "Loaded/Unloaded" check box associated with the plugin in the Inventor Add-In Manager.
You may have to restart Inventor to completely unload the application.
To remove the plugin completely, Right Mouse Button click and uninstall the application using the Autodesk App Manager tool, located on the Ribbons Tools tab > Options Panel.
To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button.
OR, you can uninstall it from 'Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features' (Windows 7/8.1/10), just as you would uninstall any other application from your system.
System requirements CAE Fidesys software package has the following minimal requirements for software and hardware. Hardware requirements • CPU: Dual-core 1,7 GHz minimum • RAM: 2GB minimum • Free hard drive space: 5 GB • Video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or faster • Screen resolution: 1024х768 or higher

CAE Fidesys comprises two main components: • Fidesys — preprocessing and performing calculation. • Fidesys Viewer — postprocessing and results analysis. Running the software You can run the program in either of the following ways: • Using the Start menu (if you chose creating shortcuts in it when installing): choose Fidesys in the folder where you installed the program (FidesysBundle by default). • Using any file manager for Windows from the list where the program was installed (C:\Program Files\Fidesys\FidesysBundle by default): run the file fidesys.exe (it is in the folder preprocessor\bin). Several copies of the program can be run on the same PC at a time. After running the program you see its Main window. Performing calculations with the use of CAE Fidesys implies the following steps: • Setting the geometry • Meshing • Setting boundary conditions • Setting the material • Starting calculation • Visualizing and analyzing results All of the steps except for the last one are made in preprocessor, the last step is made in postprocessor.
The application can only use paths which contain English symbols or symbols from current system locale.
