KWiKBatchRunWin32 and 64, English
General Usage Instructions
Folder button allows you to select a folder full of Inventor files.
File button allows you to multi select individual Inventor files.
IVB button allows you to select macro (ivb) files.
Macro dropdown allows you to select a specific macro to run on the files.
Remove Rows as Processed will remove all files from the list as they get processed as long as no errors are recorded. If an error is recorded it will remain in the list with its status column displaying the issue.
Silent Open checkbox suppresses most dialog boxes while opening files.
Run First Time checkbox will run a macro called "FIRSTTIME" once before processing the files in the list. Allows you to set up some variables before processing files.
Run End Time checkbox will run a macro called "ENDTIME" once after processing the files in the list. Allows you to do some final compiling or processing.
Save Before Close checkbox saves Inventor file after processing macro.
Process Hidden opens files invisible. Will run slightly faster, but may cause issues with macros that do view manipulation.
Also anything like oDoc = ThisApplication.ActiveDocument would need to be changed to oDoc = ThisApplication.Documents(1) Delay1 and Delay2.
I have found that Inventor can become unstable when batch processing a lot of files. By adding some delays to the process can sometimes stabilize everything.
Delay1 adds a delay after Opening a file, and before processing the macro.
Delay 2 adds a delay after processing the macro, and before closing the file.
Table Lists all Inventor files to be processed. Can be sorted by clicking on Column Headers.
Hide Form Checkbox hides KWiKBatchRun_64 while processing the files.
Close When done checkbox when all macros have finished processing will close KWiKBatchRun_64 unless any of the files encountered errors? Button Brings up Dialog with registration or Purchase information
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Inventor App Store has already installed the app/plug-in.
You can unload the plugin without installing it by unchecking the "Load" checkbox associated with the plugin in the Inventor Add-In Manager.
You may have to restart Inventor to completely unload the application. To remove the plugin completely, RMB click and uninstall the application using the App Store Manager tool, located on the Ribbons Tools tab > Options Panel.
This is a fully functional 30 day trial. After 30 days if you want to continue using it, you can purchase a license for $20 per seat.
