General Usage Instructions
A Settings button is added to the Sheets Panel in the Placed Views tab on the Drawing Environment Ribbon. By clicking the button a window will pop up that shows the sheet options.
These options include Sheet Name, Sheet Size, Title Block, Sheet Orientation, Title Block Location, Exclude from Count, and Exclude from Printing. When the app is loaded it gathers all of the title blocks in the document and places them into the Title Block drop-down menu. The Sheet Size drop-down menu contains common paper sizes, including A,B,C,D,E,F,A0,A1,A2,A3,A4, and architectural sizes. It also allows you to create a custom size in millimeters.
On top of the window, there are two buttons, the Current Sheet and All Sheets. When the window is opened the Current Sheet button is selected by default and the current sheet’s settings are displayed. Changes will be made to the current sheet after clicking OK.
If the All Sheets button is selected, a new button called Clear Selections will appear on the top right of the window. If a wrong selection is made simply click the Clear Selections button and the selections will be cleared. Clicking OK will bring up another window that warns you that asks if you are sure you want to make the selected changes to all sheets.
If the title block has prompted entry fields in it, an Edit Prompted Fields button will be shown in the settings window. Clicking this button will allow you to fill in or edit the prompted entry fields in the title block.
Clicking Yes will proceed with the changes, clicking No will cancel the changes and close the Simple Sheet Settings Window.
