Inserts text from the clipboard to the selected TEXT, MTEXT, MULTILEADER, ATTRIBUTE, or ATTRIBUTEDEFINITION TAG.

General Usage Instructions

Command: PASTECBTEXT

This function pastes text from the clipboard to the selected TEXT, MTEXT, MULTILEADER, ATTRIBUTE, or ATTRIBUTEDEFINITION TAG.
The user doesn't have to enter the Autodesk® AutoCAD® text editor, nor open the object properties palette to edit text content. Works also with nested objects of mentioned types.

It doesn't work with objects nested in Xref.

Command aliases:

The application comes with the long command names listed above. To create your own short aliases for these commands, go to ACAD.PGP file or Menu Manage->Customization->Edit aliases->Edit Aliases.

Compatibility:

All AutoCAD versions and its vertical programs.

PASTECBTEXT

This function pastes text from clipboard to the selected TEXT, MTEXT, MULTILEADER, ATTRIBUTE or ATTRIBUTEDEFINITION TAG.

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
