comsDrawIt!

comsDrawIt!

Win32 and 64, English

Massimo Cicognani
Toolkit with commands that convert polylines to sheetmetal or membranes, along with simple parametric shapes generator.

General Usage Instructions

The COMSDRAWIT command will open the main palette, from where all the functions will be available. For most commands, there is also a command-line version, most useful if you need to integrate these functions into scripts or other automation.

The palette, however, allows for greater control on the parametric shapes and will record previously used parameters, for a quicker selection and reuse.

Please, see the integrated help for detailed information on each panel option and usage.

Additional Information

Known Issues

Icons are better readable with a light theme.

Autodesk® AutoCAD® 2018 currently contains an issue that prevents this plugin to load hatch information correctly. At the time this plugin has been published, no hotfix was available yet. However, this plugin version will load a list of hatch names from the last-used list. This should allow for 'normal' operations, but we do not guarantee that all the plugin functions will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We will update this plugin as soon as a working AutoCAD 2018 version will be released.
