General Usage Instructions

1. Launch Maya and open the model.

2. Find 'Prototech_WebGL' tab from the shelf. Prototech_WebGL tab contains following three shelf buttons”.

A) Export

Shows “SaveAs” dialog box asking for a filename. Enter the filename in the Filename text box. Click the Save button to export the current model to HTML document.

B) Preferences: It contains following tabs as shown in image  "Preference-Size_Quality.jpg" and "Preference-Miscellaneous.jpg" .

Size/Quality:

Quality/Size Controls: You can control how accurately your model needs to be exported. For this, you have two options i.e. Simple and Advance.

Simple: Here you can choose from three options of Model Quality viz. Low, Medium and High.

Advance: If you check this option then "Export Normal" checkbox and a slider will be enabled. You can slide and select the values from 1 to 15 for the desired precision of the model. Higher the value, finer is the representation but larger is the file size.

Miscellaneous:

Export Assembly Tree/Browser: Exports the Assembly structure along with the model.
