This Node gets two matrices, a base and a transformed one.
From them the Node gets some interesting Angles.
This is very useful in rigging to drive the famous "twist" bones.
Or simply to drive anything from Angles in Maya Expressions or in a Maya Graph.

.rotMatrix : the transformed matrix ( example a Hand )
.rotBaseMatrix: the reference matrix before transformation (example a forearm)
.pitch : angle
