Be able to change the time it takes to show/hide or roll-up/roll-out the palette windows in Autodesk® AutoCAD®.

General Usage Instructions

Run JTBWPaletteAutoHideSpeed and then close AutoCAD.

Make changes to the settings, click OK. Start AutoCAD to see the effect on palettes that are set to Auto-hide.

Roll-up speed is the time it takes to show the palette.

Roll-out is the time it takes to hide the palette.

The “holdopen” delay is an additional delay that keeps the palette open for a specified time when it is opened programmatically; if the mouse does not move over it in this time it automatically rolls back up.

Change the time it takes to show/hide or roll-up/roll-out the palette windows in AutoCAD. Close AutoCAD after the app is started before clicking on OK.

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR

On Windows 10 Version 1703 or later press Windows+I on the keyboard to access Settings or click the lower-left Start button on the desktop to expand Start Menu, and then select Settings in it. Click on Apps. On Windows 7/8/8.1/10 (older than Version 1703) click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features or Control Panel > Add. On Windows XP click Control Panel > Programs > Remove Programs

Known Issues

Some have reported that Autodesk® AutoCAD® 2011 and 2012 might have problem to accept some of the settings.

CADWorx users might not get this app working due to CADWorx overriding these settings.
