General Usage Instructions

Command: ANNOTATEDUCTS

This function annotates multiple ventilation rectangular AutoCAD MEP ducts and duct fittings with their dimensions. Annotations are TEXT objects in two lines (Width / Height) which cannot be done by _LABELCURVEADD command (only 1 line). The annotation isn't connected to the duct.

Command: ANNOTATEDUCT

This function annotates single duct (dimensions)

Command:   DIAMETERNOMINAL

This function annotates a single pipe.

Command:   ANNSETTINGS

Opens dialog window where the user can set names of layers, height and style of text that is going to be used in this program. Settings will be remembered by the program.

Command aliases:

The application comes with long command names listed above. To create your own short aliases for these commands, go to ACAD.PGP file or Menu Manage->Customization->Edit aliases->Edit Aliases. Command aliases used in video example: AND for ANNOTATEDUCT, ANDS for ANNOTATEDUCTS, DN for DIAMETERNOMINAL

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
