How to use?

1. Run the application.

2. Click 'Get Viewpoints'

3. Select single/multiple viewpoints from the dialog.

4. Resolution: use default settings or specify 'Width' and 'Height' 

5. Naming: use Viewpoint name or incremental value

6. Optional: specify prefix and/or suffix

7. Click 'Select Folder' or specify output folder path in 'path' textbox.

8. Click 'Export Selected Viewpoints'

Please note:

- Navisworks allows duplicated Viewpoint names, however, such duplicates are not allowed in file explorer

- In case of duplicates, such viewpoint will contain (duplicates) suffix once 'Get Viewpoints' is executed

- Duplicated viewpoints will not be exported

How to convert from html to excel?

1. Open ViewpointsReport.html

2. ctrl+A to select All, crtl+C to copy

3. Open Excel, ctrl+P to paste content

4. Resize rows/colums

Note:

You may encounter the issue of being unable to resize row height to match picture size (this is due to MS Excel limitation). In such case:

5. Select all images: 

Home -> Find & Select -> Go to Special... -> Objects

6. Reduce image height

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
