Organizing Viewpoints and Generating Reports in NCRP Plugin

1. Organize Viewpoints into Folders:

• Arrange the saved viewpoints into folders based on your project's criteria.
• Use the NCRP's right tab to configure the report settings, such as Report Name or Clash Image Resolution

2. Include Viewpoints in the Report:

• From the plugin window's left tab, select the desired viewpoint folder(s) or individual viewpoints to include in the report.
• Click APPLY to confirm your selection.

3. Exclude/Include Viewpoints:

• Use the INCLUDE VIEWPOINTS toggle to easily deselect specific viewpoints within a folder.
• use the EXCLUDE VIEWPOINTS toggle to easily select all viewpoints in a folder based on its folder name.

4. Manage Folder Names with Unique Names:

• Click the UNIQUE NAMES button to control how repetitive folder names are displayed in the Group Settings section.

5. Customize Folder Colors in the Report:

• Use GROUP SETTINGS to assign colors to selected folders and their viewpoints, ensuring better visual clarity in the final report.

6. Upload or Export Report:

• After customizing the report, upload it to the DigitalCharcoal for sharing, or export it locally to your machine for further use.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
