General Usage Instructions

1. Tests & Sets Automation

Export Properties: Extract categories and properties to CSV.
Tests Builder: Automatically create sets and clash tests from CSV with full control over type, tolerance, composite, discipline folders, ACC compatibility, and templates.
Export/Import Types: Bulk edit clash type and tolerance via Excel.
Export/Import Priority (Navisworks 2026+): Manage test priorities through Excel.
Flip Side: Swap Selection A and B without affecting results.

2. Clash Status Management

Export Approved / Import Approved: Transfer Approved and Reviewed clashes between models, including comments, timestamps (UTC), Assigned To, Approved By, and optional GUID matching.
Summary Matrix: Excel matrix of Active + New clashes with discipline auto-detection and optional priority color coding.
Summary Table: CSV report of all clash statuses.
Detailed Tests Export: Export full clash details with element properties per test.

3. Clash Resolution & Automation

Group Clashes: Batch group results by Selection, Status, Grid, Level, Assigned To, or Approved By, with clash count prefix option.
Smart Results: Rename clashes using property-based patterns, find/replace, profiles, and Excel rename import.
Auto Update: Automatically mark clashes as Approved or Reviewed based on property and location logic, with profile support and audit reports.
Clash View: Generate organized viewpoints with colors, transparency, and property markups.
Sync Viewpoints: Update clash status by moving viewpoints between folders.
Export Viewpoints: Export clash images with structured folders.

4. Power Tools

Select By ID: DockPane to select and isolate elements by Revit ID with an optional section box.
Annotate Pro: Extract coordinates and properties into markups, create viewpoints, define reference points, copy data.
Renamer: Advanced batch renaming with prefix/suffix, numbering, trimming, and Excel import.
Purge: Bulk delete tests, sets, viewpoints based on filters.
Bulk Actions: Batch update tolerance, clash type, composite option, and priority.

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plugin from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plugin. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
