A Trial Cable Ladder catalog for Autodesk® AutoCAD® Plant 3D.

General Usage Instructions

This catalog functions in the same way as other pcat catalogs.

Use the catalog contents to create a Cable Ladder spec for the modeling of Cable Ladder elements in the Plant 3D model.

Installation/Uninstallation

Catalog support folder exists in this location:

• Windows 7/8.1/10: C:\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2020 Content\ CPak Common\CADGROUP CABLE LADDER Routing\

Create a new spec called for example "CableLadder150".

Copy all the catalog content to the spec.

Copy the spec to your project "Spec Sheets" folder.

Use the "PLANTENDCODES" command to create 2 new EndTypes, CL and CLF.

Using Project Setup and Connection Settings to Create a Compound Joint, CL to CLF, using a Coupling component as the connector. (Cable Ladder Fasteners are created from a Coupling primitive)

To uninstall this content pack, please go to Control Panel => Programs and Features => select the "CABLE LADDER Routing" => Uninstall

Additional Information
