General Usage Instructions
Run LayoutsToDwgs command at command line or click its ribbon button. You will be asked to enter a prefix and a suffix text to name target drawings. Hit enter and drawings will be created from all layouts, saved in the current folder.
You will be asked to use WBLOCK or SAVEAS command to proceed. Use SAVEAS command to keep the current drawing properties, page setups and other settings in the new drawing(s). Use WBLOCK command for better performance.
Then, you enter a prefix and a suffix text to name the target drawings. Hit enter and drawings will be created from all layouts, saved in the current folder.
Batch process multiple drawings with JTB SmartBatch.
Create drawings from layouts. Model space is copied as is.
Similar to above command, plus all exported drawings are purged and have all xrefs bound.
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app. Or, double-click the downloaded installer to install the app. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to be able to run the app.
To uninstall this app, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it.
On Windows 11 and 10 version 1703 or later press Windows+I on the keyboard to access Settings or click or right-click the Windows Start button and then select Settings. Click on Apps (optionally followed by Apps & features). On older Window versions click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features or Control Panel > Add.
