Click on the push button in "Sheet Creator" panel in "Addins" Tab.

In opened window, first, choose a view type from the combo box that is located in the left side of wondow that is named "View Types". As you can see the available views for selected view type will be shown in the list below view type combo bax that is named "Available Views". You should consider this that there may be no available view for each view type (That is, if there is no view with specific view type already created in the model, it will appear no view in the "Available Views" list.)

Now select views that you want to create sheet from them in the views list (Multiple selecting in possible) and then click on the ">>" button. The selected views will be added to "Selected Views" list.

Finally, choose a title block family type from the other combo box that is named "Title Blocks". After that you can click on "Select" button.

Another window will be opened. In this window you should enter sheets number and name in provided table (Also you can change the selected title block for each selected views). Then click on "Create" button.

In this step, plugin will create sheets from selected views and show you a massage that state the result. 

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
