A set of small tools for Autodesk® Revit® that helps in modeling, coordination, set parameters, and data extraction.

General Usage Instructions

The Set of Tools General Instructions are:

1. Connect to: Selecting the nearest point of the connector from an MEP Element with another selection of another Element and they are moved and connected.

2. Connect By: Selecting the nearest point of the connector from an MEP with another selection of another Element then a selection of Pipe/Duct/Tray/Conduit to use between both connectors the second element will move orthogonally to the first element then it will be connected.

3. Disconnect From: Selecting the nearest point of the connector from an MEP Element with another selection of another Element and they will be disconnected.

4. Match Curve: Selecting Main Pipe/Duct and then any other selection will give it the same level & offset from that level.

5. Connect Pipes 1: Select the Main pipe with a branch that is on another level and a vertical pipe, will be connecting them either with a tee or elbow.

7. Connect Pipes 2: Select the Main pipe with a branch that is on another level and a sloped pipe to the Main, will be connecting them either with a tee or elbow.

8. Connect Pipes 3: Select the Main pipe with a branch that is on another level and a sloped pipe to the Branch, will be connecting them either with a tee or elbow.

9. Splitter: Splitting The Pipes/Ducts into equal distances and leaving certain spool lengths, or moving already made pipe segments into the same pipe length.

10. Pipes Supports: Select Support Type, Adjust Parameters then Select Elements.

11. Fire Size: Sizing any Fire network piping according to Hazard.

12. Flipper: Flip any selected Elements that can Flip.

13. Lines to Wires: Convert selected Detail Lines to Wires and connect to the nearest selected Lighting Fixture/Device.

14. Tray Supports: Select Support Type, Adjust Parameters then Select Elements.

15. Change Ashrae: Selection a Duct Fitting parameter to copy its value of a share fitting database and it will set it to the selection, or select a parameter to set its values for numbering the points.

16. Duct Supports: Select Support Type, Adjust Parameters then Select Elements.

17. Join Intersect: Joining any selected Walls/Floors/Columns/Beams.

18. Measure: to measure between any two points and also get accumulated Distance.

19. Element ID: Getting Linked Element ID & Coping it to Clipboard.

20. Rotate SB: Selection of a Face Linked/Local to rotate the section box.

21. Orient View: Selection of a Face Linked/Local to orient the view to it.

22. Zoom: Selection of any group of elements Linked/Local then they can be Zoomed on a floor plane.

23. 3D Box: Selection of any group of elements Linked/Local then they can be viewed on a  3D view or a new 3D view.

24. Add Liks: Add Multible links from one folder

25. Reload Links: Reload Multible Links from same folder.

26. Transfer Parameters: to Transfer Shared Parameters between Linked Files.

27. Copy Values: Selection of any group of elements then any parameter value can be copied to any other parameter or to set all parameters with input text.

28. Room Data: Select a Link and the Parameter value of it's Rooms will be Copied to the Local Elements of the Selected Categories in the View

29. To Excel: Export any Schedule to Excel.

30. To Revit: Export any Schedule to Excel then Edit and save Excel then apply changes from Excel in text parameters only.

31. Extract Data: Selection of any group of elements then Parameters values can be viewed in the schedule and extracted to Excel.

Commands

Installation/Uninstallation

 The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
