1. Open your Revit model.

2. There are 3 ways to create a section box:

   -By Points: add a section box by choosing at least two points on your, link files, or both.

   -By selection: add a section box by either selecting element(s) or drawing a window to choose the necessary elements.

   -By ID: add a section box around an element by entering the element ID. 

3. For enhanced navigation when creating a section box by points, the selected points are highlighted and will remain visible on the model unless you use the “Reset” button.

4. Click the "View" button to select or multiple-select 3D views with section boxes, allowing you to view them side by side.

5. Click the "Export" button to choose single or multiple 3D views with section boxes for exporting to FBX, DWG, SAT, CSV, and HTML formats.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
