Open the structural model and click on the automatic formwork button to run the command to automatically generate the formwork. 

Formwork elements can also be created by selecting the manual formwork command and selecting each individual face.

The app also works on elements in linked files.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

Two-run modes are provided- DirectShape and Walls&Floors. The direct shape method is faster and more robust but it creates elements that are not editable in Revit. The Walls&FLoors method creates native Revit walls and floors but is slower and more sensitive to geometry errors.

The following project parameters can be added to the wall and floor categories to transfer other data also from the host to the formwork element-

Please note that in order for this to work, the host structural elements must contain the parameters above. All or any number of the above parameters may be included as per requirement.

Does not work for curved/circular elements.

Certain surfaces may be skipped during formwork generation if an error occurs in creating the formwork object due to source geometry.

Currently, it does not support multistory stairs, if each flight of the stair is individually modeled then it will run.
