Create Elements From Excel
Following these simple steps, you can create groups of non-hosted elements in a couple of minutes. (Excel files can be exported from Autodesk® AutoCAD® using Data Extraction command).
Step 1: Click the "Open XLS" button and navigate to an Excel document you want to import. The add-in will export columns named “Name”, “X”, “Y” and “Rotation” and proceed to group the elements by their names in the “Name” column.
Step 2 (optional): click on the "Show imported columns" button to see all information exported from the Excel document before grouping.
Step 3: Choose a level, on which you want to place elements.
Step 4: Select families, types, and elevation for each group of elements you want to create.
Step 5: Untick tickbox in the "Create" column for each group you don't want to create.
Step 6: Press the "Create" button to create elements.
Sheet Manager
With Sheet Manager you can:
- create new sheets one by one using Add New Sheet button,

Color By Parameter
Simply choose which property you want to use as a criteria to override colors of elements and click Override Colors button. The tool will group all elements visible in the active view with identical values of the selected property and assign random color for each group of elements.
Use Refresh button if you switched to another view or if elements in the view have been changed.
Use Reset Overrides button to get rid of all graphic overrides in the view.
