First, select the elements you want to paint. Then, press the command “Face Painter”. Select a material from the list, you can simply write it and it will be filtered. Then, choose an action to perform: Paint or UnPaint. Select the orientation of the faces you want to paint: vertical, diagonal or horizontal. If there is something wrong (a wrong value or option), a negative beep will sound and the information bar in the bottom will let you know the problem. Finally, press Accept.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this plug-in from Autodesk App Store has already installed the plug-in. You may need to restart Autodesk® Product to activate the plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10), and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

It does not work in external families, only system families.
