RV CameraPlanner fits directly into a standard Revit security design workflow.

• Place or select camera families in your Revit model.
• Open a plan, section, or elevation view where you want to visualise coverage.
• Launch RV CameraPlanner and configure field of view settings as needed.
• Generate camera coverage as filled regions in the active view.
• Adjust appearance, camera-type rules, obstructions, or multiple coverage zones if required.
• Use standard Revit tools to control visibility, graphics, and documentation.

All generated coverage is created as native Revit-filled regions, ensuring full compatibility with Revit views, filters, printing, and exports. Coverage updates as cameras are moved or modified, making RV CameraPlanner suitable for both early design and detailed documentation stages.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
