Work Flow:

1. Go to the Add-Ins tab and run the “BIM Link” tool.
2. The tool window will appear.
3. Add the desired categories and parameters to be exported to Excel
4. The first parameter is the sheet number.
5. Export /import the data from Excel.

Import from Excel

1. Fill in the Excel information or copy it from another Excel sheet.
2. Add the desired parameter to be imported from Excel and be sure that the first Excel column contains ID.
3. Click the Import from Excel button.
4. Browse to select the Excel list.
5. Press ok to run the tool.

Result:

All of the data will be filled automatically from the Excel list.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

1. "ID" must be the first parameter during the import from Excel process.
2. In the Excel file, the first column must contain "ID" during the Excel process.

When exporting or importing schedules.

The tool will automatically define a shared parameter called  "BIM_ID" defined as (instance, text) under all project elements.

This will be used for(import/export) schedule process by the tool.

If import export schedule process failed please recheck the existence of this parameter, If not exist please define it from under the below path

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\BIME_BIM_LINK_2019.bundle\Contents\2019\Documentation\Resources\SharedParams.txt

or you can create it manually
