RIBBON TAB

CREATE VIEWS

Creates new views from the selected Three_D section box faces. Select faces using the toggle buttons, & set options prior to launching the create views command.

FRONT FACE

Create a view from the front face of the section box. This is a toggle button. (green corner represents a rotate rotated chevron on a selected section box)

BACK FACE

Create a view from the back face of the section box. This is a toggle button. (The green corner represents a rotated chevron on a selected section box)

LEFT FACE

Create a view from the left face of the section box. This is a toggle button. (The green corner represents a rotated chevron on a selected section box)

RIGHT FACE

Create a view from the right face of the section box. This is a toggle button. (The green corner represents a rotated chevron on a selected section box)

TOP FACE

Create a view from the top face of the section box. This is a toggle button. (The green corner represents a rotated chevron on a selected section box)

BOTTOM FACE

Create a view from the bottom face of the section box. This is a toggle button. (The green corner represents a rotated chevron on a selected section box)

MATCH 3D VIEW

Match Three_D view, created views will adopt the visual style of the parent Three_D view, including view templates, scale, detail level, visual style, category overrides, element overrides, view filters & hidden elements*

TAB VIEWS

Created views will be opened and added to window tabs

DELETE VIEWS

Deletes the last set of created views

INFO

Licence information , app version information, web site link

HELP

Opens the help documentation on the raking brace website.

OPTIONS

Launches the options window. Users can select formatting options for views created.

OPTIONS WINDOW

The window that opens upon pressing the options tab.

SECTION TYPE SELECTION

Drop-down menu allows the user to pick a section 'type' to create new views Section-type views can be created from any of the six section box faces.

PLAN TYPE SELECTION

The activation button activates a drop-down menu allowing the user to pick a plan 'type' from which to create views. Plan types are created from the top face only

CEILING TYPE SELECTION

The activation button activates a drop down menu allowing the user to pick a ceiling 'type' to create a view from. Ceiling types are created from btm face only.

ADD/APPLY VIEW TEMPLATE

Add/apply/off button activates a drop down menu allowing the user to pick a view template to add or apply to a newly created view.

ADD TO EXISTING OR NEW SHEET

The activation button activates a drop down menu allowing the user to pick a plan 'type' to create views from. Plan types are created from the top face only.

VIEW NAME PREFIX

Activation button activates a text box allowing the user to enter a prefix that will be added to a newly created view name.
