The application will add eight (8) Type parameters into categories: Ceilings, Floors, Site > Pads, Roofs, Structural Foundations, and Walls.

The parameters are as follows:

• EN Layers
• EN Layers and Widths
• EN Widths
• EN Do Not Update
• EN Type String
• EN Layers Reversed
• EN Layers and Widths Reversed
• EN Widths Reversed

The first three and last three parameters are multiline types (available in Revit 2016 and newer).

Run the application and use the "Fill parameters" button to record information about the layers into the parameters.

If layers are changed, the app needs to run again and rewrite it with the "Fill parameters" button.

If the yes/no parameter EN Do Not Update is checked in type, the application will not update this type.

EN Type String is always updated. It can be used for comparing different layered structures to find duplicates or similarities (using Revit material schedule).

"Reversed" parameters are used to store reversed orders of layers, for tagging or scheduling purposes.

Users can set custom syntax which will be used to read and format different kinds of material and layer data.

All layers can be preformatted and exported to an Excel spreadsheet or in a CSV file.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

Add-in also supports the following Revit user interface languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Czech.
