The workflow is as simple as possible. Just check the sheets you want to print on the list. They are organized as they are in your Autodesk® Revit® « Sheets » browser. 

Your print settings are automatically remembered from one session to another.

You will need a virtual printer installed on your PC to make this plug-in work.

It works great along with the free PDFCreator. You can download it from https://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator

Just make sure that your active PDFCreator profile is set up this way:

- Automatic Save Mode (not Interactive)

- Filename: <InputFilename>

- Folder: <InputDirectory>

It is possible to insert this add-in in your custom tab.

Find the folder where the add-in is installed (typically C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\pglPrintPDF.bundle)

In the \Contents\Resources folder, open the file TabName.txt.

Then, write on the first line of the document the name of the tab you want to insert the add-in panel in.

If the name of the tab does not exist yet, it will be created.

If you type in "default", the add-in will be inserted in the "Add-Ins" tab.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. Or, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

When you are about to print a lot of PDF using this app, it is advised to save your project before printing.

Depending on the size of the file you are exporting to PDF and the virtual printer you are using, it may take a few seconds before they appear on the output folder, even after the tasks are done in Revit.

Landscape page orientation is automatically chosen.

Zoom is automatically set to 100%.

You are not able to print in Grayscale or Black and White colors.

In this version, you cannot automatically collate the sheets you are printing. 

It is strongly advised not to insert several title blocks in a sheet. In that case, the add-in might not work properly. 

These options may be added in the next release of the add-in.
