What is AutoCorr?

BIM & Scan AutoCorr™ is a tool developed by BIM & Scan for automatic BIM model validation with scan data. BIM & Scan AutoCorr™ automatically highlights any variations between a point cloud and model using a specified tolerance. The output is a color-coded point cloud that highlights all variations within the specified tolerance.

Steps involved:-

• Install  BIM & Scan AutoCorr™ Add-In for Autodesk® Revit®.
• Click the  AutoCorr Button in the AutoCorr Add-In Ribbon.
• Select the .e57 file and .ifc file. 
• Set Tolerance then Select an empty output folder.
• Press start
• AutoCorr output folder will be populated when AutoCorr is completed.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this plug-in from Autodesk Exchange Apps has already installed the plug-in. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer by downloading it again from Autodesk Exchange Apps, and select the 'Uninstall' button, or you can uninstall it from 'Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features' (Windows 7/8.1/10/11), just as you would uninstall any other application from your system.

Uploading large 4gb .e57 input file can take ~10 minutes

and the running of AutoCorr takes around 15+ minutes or a little more to complete.
