General Usage Instructions

Schedule Creator

Users can select multiple categories from the list of those available in the active Revit model. For the first selected category, the corresponding parameters are displayed, allowing users to choose the fields to include in the schedules. Once confirmed, schedules are generated for each selected category with the specified parameters. A custom prefix, defined by the user, is appended to the name of each created schedule.

Schedule Manager

The export function retrieves schedule data, maps parameters, and saves it in a formatted and protected Excel file. The import function updates Revit schedule parameters by reading the Excel file and applying changes to Revit elements.

Export PanelSchedule

Allows effortless export of Revit Panel Schedule views to Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), providing a structured and editable format suitable for documentation and reporting.

Space Creator

Collects Revit link instances, lets the user select a link, and retrieves rooms with their associated levels. Creates spaces for rooms with matching host levels, transfers Name and Number parameters, and groups the created spaces in a selection filter. Prompts the user to map unmatched levels, creates spaces accordingly, and ensures all operations are performed within safe transactions.

Space Mapper

Allows users to select a category, load available parameters, and choose two parameters for mapping. Collects all FamilyInstance elements from either the active view or the entire document and retrieves their associated Space Name and Space Number. After user confirmation, the first selected parameter is updated with the Space Name, and the second with the Space Number for each FamilyInstance.

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
