The BOQ Exporter app allows you to extract and organize model quantities in alignment with your company’s Bill of Quantities structure. Once configured, the setup can be reused across future projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
To get started:

Click the "BOQ Settings" button to define your BOQ structure.

Add the chapters and subchapters you require.

Create element groups (e.g., Ducts, Duct Fittings, etc.) to define what types of elements should be included.

Set up filters for each group to include only the relevant elements.

Configure the unit settings to match the measurement conventions used in your BOQ.

Use "BOQ Export" to preview and export the quantities.
This setup gives you full control over how quantities are grouped, filtered, and presented—helping streamline project documentation and reporting.

Installation/Uninstallation
The BOQ Exporter App is installed using the provided installer package. Once downloaded, double-click the installer and follow the prompts to complete the setup. In some cases, you may need to restart Revit for the app to appear in the ribbon.
To uninstall the app:

Open the Control Panel on your Windows system

Navigate to Apps > Installed apps

Locate the BOQExporter in the list and select Uninstall
Alternatively, the installer provides an uninstall option, you may also run it directly to remove the app from your system.
