Curtain Wall Elevations
Win64, EnglishGeneral Usage Instructions
1. Press the Curtain Wall Elevations button on the Torsion Tools panel under the Add-Ins ribbon.
2. Select a View Family Type.
3. Select the required annotation settings.
4. Press 'OK' to create elevations.
5. A message will alert the user when complete with the number of elevations created, and the time it took.

The command will create Elevations of all identified Curtain Walls with the option to Tag and Dimension. |
Installation/Uninstallation
The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.
You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.
To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
Additional Information
1. This command must be run from a Floor Plan view.
2. A project parameter named 'Torsion_CW_Elevated' of the 'Yes/No' type in the 'Walls' category is required.
3. A Curtain Panel tag family is required for tagging.
4. The application will not include Curtain Walls that have a 'Phase Demolished' set.
Known Issues
1. The application will not work on curvilinear walls. Any wall that is not linear will not be processed.
2. The View Family Type selected must have an Elevation Tag with an Elevation Marker applied.
3. If you have Curtain Walls with sloped tops or edited profiles, not all mullions may be dimensioned. Review elevations for quality control.
