-
A Save As dialog will appear. Specify your desired directory and filename.

-
-
Setting Preferences:
Click the ‘Preferences’ button to configure output options:-
Write Out Point Bodies (Points): By default, points are not exported. Enable this option to include points in the JT file.
-
Write B-Rep Data: By default, the exporter writes only the Visualization model (Viz-Rep) for speed and typical user needs. Enabling this option includes the true CAD geometry (B-Rep) in the JT file.
-
JT Version Number: Default version is 9.0, compatible with the largest user group. Versions 6.4 through 10.5 are supported.
-
JT Faceting Options: Applicable only to Viz-Rep JT files. For B-Rep JT files, the plugin uses the JT Open recommended option “JtkSMART_LODS”, which creates multiple Levels of Detail (LODs) based on B-Rep data. Faceting options are ignored for B-Rep files, as importing applications generate the mesh automatically.
-
Reset Defaults: Restore all JT export settings to their default values.
