GRAITEC BIM Connect helps users support an intelligent BIM transfer process for sharing geometric data, material properties, associated building performance information, and FEM results in data using the GTCX file format. 

Users can create a 3D model in Autodesk® Revit®, Autodesk® Advance Steel® or GRAITEC Advance Design and using GRAITEC BIM Connect, interchange the complete structure in a GTCX file format. When imported into Advance Design the structure can be designed and calculated using local design codes and section sizes optimized accordingly. This model can then be sent back to Revit with FEM results data or sent to a detailing program such as Advance Steel or Advance Concrete in order to further detail the structure. GRAITEC BIM Connect supports bidirectional transfer between multiple applications.

GRAITEC BIM Connect supports a wide range of industry standard formats enabling Import/Export model-exchange workflows across multiple disciplines and applications such as IFC, CIS/2, SDNF, PSS.

Please use the downloaded package to install and uninstall the application. The installer that ran when you downloaded this plug-in from Autodesk App Store has already installed the plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, and uninstall as you would any other application from your system
