• Use the NBS Source plugin for Revit to find high-quality BIM objects and add them directly to your model.
  • Select the BIM Library option in the NBS tab of the Ribbon to open the NBS Source panel.
  • Use the search functionality within the NBS Source panel or browse content by category or manufacturer.
  • When you’ve found a suitable product, click Add to model or drag and drop to place an instance of the object into the model.
  • You must be logged in with your NBS account to download BIM objects.
• View NBS Guidance within the model with an active NBS subscription.
  • You must be logged in with your NBS account to use NBS Chorus features.
  • Select the Specifications option in the NBS tab of the Ribbon to open the NBS Chorus panel.
  • Select any object associated with an NBS clause/section to view relevant NBS guidance.

• Associate specifications with the model.
  • You must be logged in with your NBS account to use NBS Chorus features.
  • Select the Specifications option in the NBS tab of the Ribbon to open the NBS Chorus panel.
  • Navigate to the specification you wish to associate with this model, select the three-dot menu to the left of the specification, and select Associate with the model.
  • Now that the specification has been associated with the model, you can continue to associate objects with clauses in NBS Chorus.
  • Select the object in your model you wish to associate, navigate to the relevant clause within your specification, select the three-dot menu on the left, and then select Associate with the model.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
