Commands

Ribbon/Toolbar Icon Command Command Description

Add Filter+

streamlines view filter setup by letting users stage filters, review and adjust graphic overrides, control filter order, and apply the completed filter stack to selected view templates. Users can search available filters, add them to a working list, modify visibility, halftone, line styles, patterns, colors, and transparency, then apply the stack across one or more templates. Add Filter+ is ideal for standardizing production view templates, reducing repetitive Visibility/Graphics edits, and keeping filter behavior consistent across project views. It supports both precise filter-by-filter setup and faster reuse of existing filter stacks from other template

Filter Factory

helps users create multiple Revit view filters from selected categories, parameters, scanned model values, naming patterns, and rule logic. Instead of manually creating filters one at a time, users choose the categories to evaluate, select a driver parameter, scan available values, select the values that should become filters, and review the planned filter names before creating them. Filter Factory is ideal for building filter sets for systems, zones, disciplines, phases, levels, equipment types, or custom project data. It reduces repetitive setup, improves naming consistency, and helps teams generate standards-based filters faster and with fewer manual errors

Template Transfer

helps users copy selected view template settings from one source template to one or more target view templates. Users select the approved source template, choose the specific settings or parameter groups to transfer, select the target templates, and run the transfer from a guided interface. Targeted mode supports precise setting-level updates, while Bulk mode supports broader template updates when larger groups of settings need to stay consistent. Template Transfer is ideal for propagating visibility/graphics standards, reusing approved template configurations, and updating multiple production templates without manually comparing every setting in Revit. It helps BIM teams maintain consistent view standards while reducing repetitive template setup work

Transfer Pro

supports controlled standards and content transfer between Revit projects. Users select a source model, choose content categories, pick the specific standards or items to transfer, select open project targets or RVT file targets, review settings and conflict behavior, then run a dry run before committing the transfer. After completion, Transfer Pro provides last-run results and detailed outcome reporting so teams can verify what was created, skipped, or failed. It is ideal for rolling out project standards, updating view templates, filters, materials, model content, and reusable settings across multiple projects while keeping the process reviewable, repeatable, and easier to document.

Scope Box Manager

helps users review, clean up, and coordinate scope boxes across a Revit project. Users can inspect scope box inventory, identify used and unused scope boxes, assign scope boxes to views and grids, purge unused scope boxes, and compare host scope boxes against linked model scope boxes. The tool is ideal for model cleanup, view control, and linked-model coordination, especially on projects with many views, grids, or scope boxes. Scope Box Manager reduces manual review time, improves visibility into scope box usage, and helps teams apply scope box assignments more consistently across production views and documentation workflows

Set Grid Bubble Vis

helps users quickly control which grid bubbles are visible in the active Revit view. Instead of editing grid ends one at a time, users open the tool, choose the desired bubble locations—Top, Bottom, Left, and Right—and apply the setting to the visible grids in the current supported view. It is ideal for cleaning up grid presentation before sheet production, improving consistency across documentation views, and reducing repetitive drafting adjustments. The tool is especially useful after view crops, scope boxes, and sheet layouts have been established, allowing teams to standardize grid bubble visibility with a simple, focused workflow

Navisworks Exporter

Export NWC files from selected 3D views, the full model, or selected elements. Use saved presets, output naming templates, conflict handling, linked model options, and reporting settings to support repeatable coordination exports. JSON manifest and CSV summary options help document export results

Settings Diagnostics

Manage GeminiBIM appearance, Workset Prompt preferences, version information, and support folder access from one consolidated window. Users can switch dark/light themes, enable Workset Prompt behavior, and open settings or log folders when support is needed.

Workset Prompt

When enabled, GeminiBIM prompts users to select an active workset when opening a workshared project. This helps reduce accidental modeling on the wrong workset and supports consistent worksharing habits.

Installation/Uninstallation

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.
