Win64, English

Specified Technologies, Inc.
Firestop Clash Management plugin uses clash detection to find locations where penetrants meet fire-rated barriers and automatically selects the appropriate firestop systems.

General Usage Instructions

Step 1: Clash Detection

  • Scan the model to find clash points where fire-stopping is required.

Step 2: System & Product Selection

  • Firestop systems are selected and automatically assigned to each clash point. The plugin chooses the correct Firestop product and imports relevant information into the model.

Step 3: Firestop Openings Report

  • Generate opening reports with assembly details and firestop system information for coordination meetings.

Known Issues

When upgrading from previous a versions of FCM, log out and back into your AccessSTI account from within FCM after update to refresh your session.

When upgrading an existing model with existing FCM penetration markers to Revit 2026, delete and rerun existing FCM penetration markers. This is a known issue due to a change in element IDs moving from a 32 bit integer to 64 bit. The team is working on an improved upgrade experience that will better handle this transition.
