The program window is made of 4 tabs that contain all the information necessary to generate a set of marketing plans.

1. Apartments grouping

Here, we can choose which parameter will store information about apartment tabs. For instance, if we decide to group our apartments based on the “Comments” parameter we must write the same value into the “Comments” parameter for all rooms that belong to one apartment. It could be for instance “Apartment 01”. The second parameter can be used if we want to separately calculate some subareas, for instance, outdoor spaces, balconies, and loggias. After choosing our settings, we must click on the “Generate apartment groups” button. 

2. Apartments selection

This tab contains a list of unique values for “Parameter 1” in our projects. We can specify for which apartments we would like to generate marketing plans.

3. Sheet data

We can specify all the data regarding our marketing plan sheets in this tab. Sheet Naming and numbering conventions can be chosen along with other parameters that specify where in the sheet the family data will be stored and displayed for users.

4. Views the appearance

Room tags, types of cropping, and view templates can be selected here.

Before clicking on “Generate Marketing Plans” please make sure that you go through all possible fields and make your decisions. If you would like to use those settings for the next sets of plans, please click on the “Save” button.
