3D Lines to Cable Tray

3D Lines to Cable Tray

Win64, English

ADB3D
3D Lines to Cable Tray reads line and polyline data from the imported DWG or DXF files and creates matching cable tray elements in your Autodesk® Revit® project.

General Usage Instructions

Import a DWG or DXF into Revit that contains line data.

Locate the 3D Lines to Cable Tray ribbon panel and click the icon to start the app.

You will be prompted to select a DWG or DXF import instance from your active document.

When you select the desired import instance the app will allow you to choose the cable tray system type, size, and the level to add the elements to before processing the line data. You can also choose to process all layers of the imported DWG or DXF file at once or process one at a time.

The app will create a new cable tray system on the selected layer with a center point that exactly matches the lines and polylines in your original import instance.
