General Usage Instructions
1) Start by opening either the General Note module or the Keynote module.
2) From either module, start entering a keynote in the box that contains the text, "Enter Notes Here!"
3) When the note is complete, click the bottom titled, "Add Note to Project List" This moves the note to the Project Note List.
4A)From here, users have a variety of options. Select the note you want to edit from the Project List and then directly modify the note in the “Edit Project Note” field and once done, press the Edit Project Note button to reflect in the Project List
4B) They can copy the note to a master list for use on other projects by clicking <-Add to Master List from Project List.
5) Enter keynote prefixes under "Keynote Discpline Prefix. For example, Architects may choose to enter A to have their notes list as A1, A2, A3... or Mechanical Engineers may enter M to have their notes list as M1, M2, M3... ect. This field may be left blank, the default prefix is N.
The installer that ran when you downloaded this plug-in from Autodesk App Store has already installed the plug-in. You may need to restart Autodesk® Product to activate the plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8/8.1/10) or Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
This application manages both Keynotes and General Notes. If users wish to place General Notes, NoteMaster will copy to clipboard for pasting onto sheet files. Users can still place Keynotes in a standard way through keynote button in the annotation ribbon.
This application depends on user access to the project directory for creating note text files. This application also requires user access to the app folder (commonly found at C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins) for Master note files.
