Works well. Can the family template option be added so that one can switch from a default family to a custom family template

Hi Vishal, thank you very much for your review! I'm glad the app is of use to you. We can implement that feature for future versions, yes. Hopefully when we roll out the 2026 compatible version we'll also include this feature you ask for. for now, a "hacky" solution for you would be to replace the default template with your custom family template here: C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\FamilyCreator.bundle\Contents\Resources. You have to change the name of your template to match the name in the folder for the category you wish to override. And be sure to do this when Revit is closed. Cheers! Paolo

Works really well. A fast way to make 2d stuff. I can make 2d objects "DEMO-able" very easily too. I am not sure right now how else I will use it, but great job on building this tool!

Thank you for your feedback Robert! Feel free to suggest new functionality or any other kind of request. Cheers!
