Description
This serves as an all-purpose tool for analyzing and removing.
- unplaced views (floor plans, ceiling plans, sections, elevations, 3d views, drafting views, structural views, area plans)
- legends
- schedules
- imported/linked CAD files
- Unplaced Rooms
- Unplaced Spaces
- Unused Scope Boxes
This tool also holds a new feature: Dimension Analysis, which analyzes all the dimensions present in the project. This Dimension Analysis will give an overview idea of all the dimensions that will be removed/lost after purging specific CAD files. Based on this result, the user can make a decision to purge the CAD file.

This is a very useful tool but would be even better if available for more recent versions of Revit.
When would it be available the 2022 and newer version?

Lifesaver for model health, especcially for managing CAD imports. When will this be available for 22/23?
This would be great, and truly deserving of it's name if it could also purge all Line Styles/Line Patterns/Text Styles/Fill Types/Fill Patterns/etc.

Hello, Due to several reasons and commitments, the 2022 version wasn't published on time as expected. However, it will be published along with 2023 very soon..

Pros: This App Works good. the Main Good thing is Not deleting the Parent views even that is not in sheet.
Cons: Not Deleting Unused Structural Plans & Area Plans. Please Update the Master Purge to delete.
Thanks for the interest and support.. Have submitted an updated version which purges structural (engineering) plans and area plans. Have also added capability to delete unused "Scope boxes" as well.
This is really a complete package for cleaning up the files. Dimension Analysis and CAD features are , without argumnet, a great job.
It will be very usefull to add more elements to purge, like families, materials, filters... if it's possible of course.
One other detail: the horizontal scrolling is boring. It would be better with possibility to stretch the result window.

Excellent tool & Time saver
Good App. Since the name is Purger, it would be a better if more features are added such as purging the dwg files, imported items, links. Also, some settings to pre-lock the required CAD files,imported items etc.
I noticed that you added Schedules views to the list, it would be great if you could also add Revit drafting views as well. Thanks
