To use the tool, simply click on the Coil Connect button, then select a coil. The tool then automatically finds nearest piping mains, determines optimal clash-free routing, and then models connected pipes.

Custom valving arrangements can be included with Coil Connect using the optional configuration options in the settings window. The settings window allows selecting the user's desired arrangement of valve families and pipe size adjustments.

The tool also works with ITM fabrication parts for Mechanical Contractors. When fabrication parts mode is toggled, all pipes, elbows, and valves will be connected to fabrication parts.
